Dr. Henry graduated from Pleasanton High School in 1981. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1988 from Texas A&M. Dr. Henry was in a mixed animal practice in Canton for 1 year, and then in Jourdanton until 1998. After a brief time in small animal practice in Ponder, TX., he purchased Cypress Creek Animal Hospital in October 1999. Dr. Henry is married to Talie, and has 3 children: Mallory, Kade, & Faith. He enjoys golf, fly fishing, and gardening.

Dr. Young was raised in Longview, Texas. She went to Texas A&M where she completed her B.S. in Biomedical Sciences in 2000, and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2004. Dr. Young and her husband, Bryon, have two dogs, Blue and Merle. They have always wanted to be close to the Hill Country, and are excited about living in Wimberley. Dr. Young enjoys being outside, and likes camping, fishing, and taking her dogs to the river.

Dr. Ansley is from Poughkeepsie, NY, and practiced at the Community Animal Hospital there since 1973, the year he graduated from the Cornell Veterinary School. He and his wife Ellen have 2 dogs, Dale and Miranda, and live in Dripping Springs. Dr. Ansley enjoys riding motorcycles, photography, and cooking.

Amber has 3 kids, Kaitlyn, Madison, & Landin. She also has a Black Lab named Josie. She lives in San Marcos and enjoys camping and travelling.

Andrea began working as a receptionist for Cypress Creek Animal Hospital in April 2002. She is married and has 3 cats and 1 dog: Bagheera, Baby, Punky, and Tigger. Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Andrea enjoy the outdoors, especially camping, snowboarding, and wakeboarding.

Ashley is a Wimberley High school graduate. She is a pre-vet student at Tarleton State. Ashley has 2 bird dogs named Jake and Louie.

Bitsy was born and raised in San Antonio, TX, and has lived in Wimberley since 1994. Bitsy and her fiance Chester enjoy their two Cardigan Welsh Corgi's "Delilah" and "Wallace" and going to car shows. You might see Bitsy and Chester cruising around Wimberley in one of their 1930's hotrods.

Cheryl is from Bay City, Texas, and graduated from TSU in 2001. She has a baby boy named Cole, and has lived in the Wimberley area for 10yrs. Cheryl is a huge baseball fan, likes tennis, golf, shopping, and is a member of the VFW ladies aux. She has a Jack Russell named Buster, and a cat named Rocky.

Chris was born and raised in Wimberley. He has a BA in Philosophy from Southwest Texas with a minor in religion. Chris will be working toward his PHd in philosophy in the fall of 2004 and is currently in the process of choosing between Baylor, Rice, Notre Dame, and Harvard. He enjoys movies, writing, and a variety of sports, especially bowling and football, (Chris played semi-pro football for the San Antonio Thunder).

Dawn is working on a masters degree in biology at TSU. She earned a BS in biology/chemistry from S. F. Austin after graduating from San Marcos High School. Dawn enjoys raising exotic pets such as sugar gliders, hedgehogs, and bearded dragons.

Donnie was born and raised in Fairfax, Va. His hobbies include singing, (he used to sing in a barber shop quartet), working out , and cooking. Donnie graduated from San Marcos high school.

Heather began working for Cypress Creek Animal Hospital in July of 2000. She was married in April, 2006. She and her husband Owen have 4 cats: Sabrina, (pictured), Zoe, Roxy, & Percy; 3 dogs: Harley, Jasmine, & Canela; and 3 goats: Opie, Jenny, and Thelma Lou. Heather is pursuing a degree in business management from the Univ. of Phoenix.

Heather is from Uvalde, TX, graduated from Texas A&M, ans is currently working on masters in communications at TSU. She has a dog named Alli, and enjoys running, Aggie football, tubing, and shopping.

Jennifer has been in Wimberley since 1986, and has worked in the animal health-care field since 1999. She has a 7 year old boy named Jordan, 3 dogs: including Max, a Jack Russell terrier, and Dollar, a miniature beagle, and 4 cats.

Jessie lives in New Braunfels with her husband Chase. She loves to travel and trains dogs in her spare time. Jessie has a Lab mix named Jezebel.

Jo Ann grew up on a ranch in Missouri and graduated from KSU with a degree in animal science and a minor in business. She is working on becoming a K9 & equine massage therapist. Her Hobbies are raising & showing corgis and cattle.

Employed at Cypress Creek Animal Hospital since July 1998. She and husband Tony have two daughters Tracy and Robin, both at Texas State University. Judi Has 2 dogs: Maggie & Petey; 4 cats: Cheeto, Mr. Fluffytail, Queen Alice, and Fraidy; 3 fish, and 1 canary. Judi loves spending time with family and Friends, and enjoys reading, cooking, fishing and gardening.

Kat lives in Wimberley and is going to school for wildlife biology. She is a freelance photographer, and loves going to the river with her 4 dogs. Kat also has 3 cats and 2 birds.

Kim has lived in Wimberley since 1986. She has 6 dogs, 1 cat, 9 doves, and 12 chickens. Kim enjoys making furniture, and playing softball and basketball.

Kim grew up in Houston and went to High School in New Mexico where she volunteered at the Albuquerque Zoo. She is currently attending Texas State in San Marcos working toward becoming a Veterinarian. Kim is a "big outdoors" person and enjoys camping, off-roading, & water sports. She has a German Shepherd, (Rommel), a Greyhound mix, (Kaycie), and 2 cats, (Syla and Ramsey).

Kim enjoys traveling, cooking, and antiquing. She has 2 kids, Chad - 20, and Bethany - 10. Kim has 2 dogs: Mattie, a Jack Russell terrier, and Bailey, a English bulldog. She also has two cats, Honey & Sugar.

Kris and her husband are from Nashville and have 2 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. Kris enjoys knitting, scrapbooking, being a Brownie leader, and spending time with friends.

Lindsay grew up in Maine and graduated from Becker College in Worster Massachussetts with a Veterinary Tech Associate degree. Lindsay likes to play the guitar and sing, she also likes boating and skiing.

Mindy is a virtual native of Wimberley, since her Grandpa lived here, and she spent a lot of time at his ranch growing up. Mindy is a "horse person", and enjoys camping, rodeos, riding, and training horses. She has 1 dog and too many cats to count. Mindy has worked in the animal health care field since 1999.

Monica is working on a degree in accounting from TSU. She graduated from the Univ. of Virginia in 1996. Monica enjoys gardening and animals. (She took a master gardening class). She has cows, donkeys, 3 dogs, and 2 cats. Monica loves the hill country.

Sally has been married for 40 years, and has lived in Wimberley since 1996. She has 4 kids and 4 Grandkids, 3 dogs (2 Giant Schnauzers). She has worked at the Cypress Creek Animal Hospital since 1999. Sally has a Fresian horse and carriage which leads the Wimberley 4th of July Parade and provides romantic transportation for weddings. Sally also collects Lladros porcelain figurines.

Sam grew up in Ft. Worth and graduated from UT-Austin in 1984 with a BS in education. She taugh K-2 for 11 yrs., then moved to Wimberley in 2000 with her husband Randy, son Riley - 14, and daughter Ali - 12. Sam enjoys gardening, reading, listening to music, & spending time with friends. She has 2 dogs: Rebel, a Black Lab, and Lily, a Cocker/Shelty mix, as well as 2 cats: Smokey and Tiger.

V.J. is a student in animal sciences at TSU, and has 1 dog: Casper, and 2 horses. She enjoys horseback riding, camping, and kayaking. V.J. is active in Baptist Student Ministries at FBC Wimberley, and has her sights set on becoming a missionary.

Talie grew up in Crockett, Texas, the daughter of a veterinarian, and began helping her dad at a very young age. During high school, she became interested in dentistry and went on to become a dental hygienist in 1990. Talie & Dr. Henry have 3 children: Mallory, Kade, and Faith. They also have 3 dogs, 3 cats, and a canary. Talie enjoys camping cooking, golf, and tennis.

Tish was born and raised in Victoria, Texas, and has always had a love for animals. After moving to Wimberley with her husband and getting both of her boys in school, she decided to pursue a career as a Veterinary Technician. She has a total of seven animals of her own including three dogs (Kobe, Maggie Mae, and Zoe), two cats (Snickers and Manson), a Ball python (Ozzy), and a hamster (Harry).
